"Justin just became my new insurance agent, I found him to be warm and funny. He called me and I was able to sit down with him and he explained all my coverage and was able to actually go up on my coverage and save money. I feel like he went above and beyond, he didn’t just hand me the SF 1800 phone number and try to deal with it on my own. I am moving my parents to him as their new agent."

"I had Laverne Anderson as my agent for years and she was amazing. Always willing to help and work with me. When she retired my policy was transferred to Justin where my rate tripled. I sent emails inquiring about the OUTRAGEOUS HIKE, with no response. I spoke with an employee on the phone trying to find out why my rate was increased so much, she said they would call me back then never did. Fianlly I switched to GIECO and my policy instantly dropped $90 for the same exact policy!!!!!!!!! So shop around."
